From request to delivery
No fixed delivery price is shown at checkout. Your approved maker proposal contains the exact amount before secure payment.

Request without a shipping charge
Checkout records your destination but does not guess a delivery price or charge you for shipping.

Maker confirmation
Agafia reviews the destination, packed parcel size and current Posti or Matkahuolto tariff, then confirms the final shipping amount together with the production schedule.

Production after payment
The piece enters production only after Stripe confirms payment. You can follow each status in your customer account.

Dispatch and tracking
When the order ships, Agafia records the carrier, tracking number and tracking link when they are available.
Changes & returns
Contact us before sending anything back
Before payment
Your request has not been charged. Use the order chat or contact Agafia if you need to change details or withdraw the request.
After payment
Contact Agafia as soon as possible. Once materials have been cut or personalisation has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Incorrect or damaged item
Email clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label together with your order number so the issue can be reviewed.
