After use
Empty the piece, brush away dust and allow it to air before returning it to storage.
Leather care, made simple
Full-grain leather changes with use. A few gentle habits will protect its natural character while allowing a rich, personal patina to form.
The essentials
Leather is a natural material. Small variations, creases and gradual darkening are part of its story—not flaws to polish away.
A quiet routine
Frequency depends on climate and use. Observe the leather rather than following a rigid schedule.
Empty the piece, brush away dust and allow it to air before returning it to storage.
Blot liquids immediately with a dry cloth. Do not rub—the motion can push moisture deeper into the grain.
Apply a small amount of suitable leather conditioner after a discreet patch test, then buff gently.
Gentle cleaning
Before using any product, check its instructions and test it on a hidden area. Different finishes can react differently.
Empty pockets and remove loose dust with a soft, dry cloth.
Use a barely damp cloth and light pressure. Work on the affected area without saturating the leather.
Leave the piece open at room temperature. Never use a radiator, hair dryer or strong direct sunlight.
Once fully dry, apply a minimal amount of compatible conditioner and buff with a separate clean cloth.
When life happens
Blot the surface, reshape the piece and let it dry naturally. Temporary darkening often softens as the leather dries.
Do not add water or household cleaner. Blot without rubbing and ask a leather-care specialist about persistent marks.
Fill the piece loosely with acid-free tissue, place it in a breathable dust bag and store it in a cool, dry place.
